Beginning June 8th in accordance with all the state, CDC & local COVID-19 guidelines, we will return to regular business hours on an appointment only basis. No walk-ins will be allowed in.
Please call us at (805) 966-1606 and we will be happy to set up your appointment.
We have listed the new guidelines for in store appointments below:
● Appointments can take place starting as early as 9:30 am and no later than 4:30 pm.
● Minimum (1) hour notice is necessary to schedule the appointment and will depend on availability.
● (2) people maximum will be allowed per appointment (please no young children).
● Temperature readings may be taken prior to access. Mask & gloves must be worn throughout duration of appointment.
Gloves will be provided by Abbey's Carpet City and mask if needed, but customer may wear their own personal mask.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but ultimately the safety of our staff and customers is important and our priority.
We will continue to monitor the situation weekly and make changes we feel necessary which will continue to be in the safest and best interest for everyone’s floor shopping experience.
